~ La Campanella (Etude No. 3) by Franz Liszt
Views: 67300 | | | | | My first video!
Okay, this is me playing La Campanella, also known as Etude No. 3. The original theme was written by Nicolo Paganini for violin; Liszt rewrote the theme for piano because he was known as the 'Paganini of piano'.
Well this is the fir ...More st time I've recorded myself playing. I initially recorded it for my piano teacher to send to her friend, but I ended up recording over and over to make it better ... for personal use.
I started this piece since the beginning of last summer, so I've been playing it for about half a year or so.
I turned 14 in November.
So here it is. Enjoy. All criticism and comments allowed. It's a work in progress. |

~ Lang Lang Liszt/Horowitz: Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 excerpt
Views: 215023 | | | | | Lang Lang plays an excerpt from the Horowitz transcription of Liszt's second Hungarian Rhapsody at the Baltimore School for the Arts 12/2/2005.
To hear this piece the way it was meant to sound, go and listen to the original Horowitz recording.
After ...More all, I'm not a huge fan of Lang Lang. |
