LeylineProject You're right, they wouldn't be DT without LaBrie, they would be better. Yes I agree he (sometimes) has a good voice, when he's singing softer and in his range. It's just when he gets louder and goes out of his range, it's hard to listen to, he sounds like he's straining himself (especially live, no studio to fix your voice).

zegerb James has got too much bad words thrown at him IMO. He has had alot of troubles with injuries, and as a part of that, he wasn't at his best during the Budokan show. But look at Score and see how much he improved since the budokan DVD! I think he's a fantastic singer when he's in good shape
